The GRADIF-Kenya Foundation is thrilled to share the incredible progress of our young entrepreneurs in Kajiado County as they hit a major milestone in the NYOTA Project! 🌟
Following the successful disbursement of their first business grants , our beneficiaries are now deep into their second structured mentorship programme. This critical phase is all about "walking the talk"—connecting these vibrant youths with experienced business development experts and local entrepreneurs to help them navigate the local market. These youths aren't just starting businesses; they’re building the future of our Economy.
This is truly a very transformative initiative where Evidence shows that most participating youth are on the journey to Self- Reliance as they benefit from the key Project components that include; Technical, Seed Capital/glStart up/Scale up grants, Mentorship sessions, Networking & Linkages support, all this and more, Courtesy of the Government of Kenya (GOK) and the World Bank. We are all together in this!

We successfully organized a participatory engagement bringing together ECCE Network members, teachers, Community Champions, across three wards in Mbeere North to strengthen the practice of meaningful child participation within ECCE centres.

The meeting focused on building participants’ knowledge and practical skills to create safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environments where children can confidently express their views, experiences, and needs. Participants also explored practical mechanisms for gathering feedback from children and identifying their priority concerns to inform responsive ECCE service delivery.

Together, we continue to champion spaces where every child is heard, valued, and supported to thrive. 🌱👧🏽👦🏽
