last Friday their was a news report on fed raising interest by 0.75 then holding. That was positive news for risk on bias where foreign currencies and stocks gain.. remember come nov 2 ( fed meeting) will interpret their statements and make a bias especially for this Q4..overall i do believe around nov dollar will regain some strength as we close the year
