Rain comes with its share of blessings starting with high agricultural yield etc. However, Incidences of flue's and cough are not unheard of, and i thought i should share on how we can keep these a bay.
1. Eat well
2. Exercise: helps increase and improve our circulation, but what you might not know is that this increased blood flow can actually strengthen our heart and immune system, which in turn can improve our ability to fight infections
3. Observe hygiene: a great way to help you avoid germs of colds and flu.
4. Rest: Getting plenty of rest and enough sleep are things that should be part of everyday life, because this helps to keep us healthy.

WATER AS A DETOXIFIER
We have all been fed with one or two methods which are supposedly meant to detoxify the human system.
I shall not refute any of these, however I always believe in keeping everything simple.
