Yesterday, AATF and the Government of Kenya signed the Revised Host Country Agreement at the Railways Headquarters, reaffirming our shared commitment to advancing innovation-driven agriculture and sustainable development.
The revised Agreement, signed by H.E Hon. Musalia Mudavadi and AATF Executive Director, Dr. Canisius Kanagire , will strengthen the legal and institutional framework for AATF's work in Kenya while reinforcing the country's role as a regional hub for agricultural research, technology, and innovation.
Through this partnership, we will accelerate the adoption of modern farming technologies, empower smallholder farmers, strengthen food systems, and improve agricultural productivity.
Together, these efforts will help increase farmer incomes, enhance food security, build resilience to climate change, and create new opportunities for sustainable economic growth.
