UNEP is responsible for overseeing the successful achievement of the project objectives and will also be the international implementing and executing agency for its project components. UNEP/DTIE is the implementing agent whereas the UNEP(ROA) is the executing agent. The ARGeo Project Management Unit (PMU) is located at UNEP -ROA at the headquaters of UNEP in Nairobi.
