Healing is often imagined as something we do by ourselves.

But many of our wounds happened in relationship with others.

Sometimes healing happens in relationship too.

A safe friend.
A supportive partner.
A trusted family member.
A therapist who helps you feel seen and understood.

Safe relationships can slowly challenge beliefs like:

• "I have to handle everything alone."
• "My needs are too much."
• "People will leave if I show how I really feel."
• "I can't trust anyone."

Healing doesn't always happen in isolation.

Sometimes it happens when someone consistently shows you a different experience.

You don't have to do it all alone. 🤍

Many people assume that strong relationships are built on love alone.

But love often struggles to grow when safety is missing.

Emotional safety is what allows us to be vulnerable, express our needs, make mistakes, and trust that the relationship can withstand difficult moments.

Safety can look like:
- Consistency
- Emotional responsiveness
- Respect for boundaries
- Repair after conflict
- Feeling accepted

From an EFT perspective, safety isn't the result of connection.

It's what creates connection.
