🖥️ Computer Not Working? Use This Hardware Troubleshooting Flowchart! 🛠️

This flowchart is designed to help you systematically troubleshoot common hardware problems when your computer fails to boot or crashes unexpectedly. Here’s how it works:

1. Does the computer turn on?
- If "No," go through a more detailed Computer Repair Flowchart.
- If "Yes," check if the PC passes the memory test (RAM).

2. Memory Issues?
- If the memory test fails, remove all non-essential components and see if the system freezes.
- If it freezes, this may indicate a hardware conflict. Try swapping RAM modules and re-seating them in different slots to see if the issue is resolved.

3. CPU and RAM Checks
- Make sure the CPU is connected properly, and check if the RAM is correctly inserted.

4. Cooling System
- Check if the heatsink and fan are correctly installed and functioning. Poor cooling can cause overheating and prevent the system from starting.

5. Beep Codes?
- If your computer is beeping, it’s providing diagnostic codes. Use your motherboard manual to interpret them and identify the issue.

6. BIOS Settings
- Verify if the BIOS settings are default. Sometimes resetting to default settings resolves configuration errors.

7. Motherboard and CPU Tests
- If the above steps don’t fix the issue, try testing the motherboard outside the case to check for short circuits. If the problem persists, swap the CPU to determine whether it’s a bad CPU or a bad motherboard.

This flowchart will help you eliminate potential causes and narrow down the issue to the exact component that’s malfunctioning.
