The Family of Kowea Rovers Wishes all Muslims fraternity Blessings of Ramadhan as the embarked in this holy month of which the holy book was revealed.

KOWEA ROVERS FC was founded on March 2008 after the kenyan post-election violence as Talanta football club, so many youths came together to push their football talents with the aim of getting exposed and become world class players. Many efforts were put in place by front line technical bench, coach, Captain and the all management at large. The team used to play grass roots leagues and tournament within Mombasa County until 2020 during the Corona virus pandemic where the team technical bench and management at large went back to the drawing board with the aim of coming up with criteria on growing the talents of youths within the area. The team got an opportunity to join Regionals tier league, which is the fifth tier league from the famous Kenya premier League recently known as Bet King Premier League. The team currently has more than 40 players with an organized technical bench and management. Management struggled and without any help they managed to facilitate all expenses and team finished on top of the table in the regional league with unbeaten throughout all competition. Now it has been promoted to Division Two tier league which is the third tier from the Kenya premier league. The name Kowea Come up as a way of illustrating mother land of the club which is Kongowea ward, in Nyali Constituency within MOMBASA County in Kenya. Home ground of the team is Arena, Show ground located in Nyali Sub-County

KOWEA ROVERS has break it own record of being the only team to reach 40 points since 1989 last week. Today they confirmed other 3 points after banging Changamwe FC at Arena show ground.
