OUR VALUES

1. Inclusiveness: because everyone who wants to and is eligible can be a mentor or mentee.
2. Volunteerism: because it's all about giving. The good part is one can join or withdraw any time they choose in line with clearly laid down procedures.
3. Caring: because a large part of mentorship involves caring for others enough to mentor (or be mentored by) them.
4. Passion: because there’s no compensation, except the reward of participating. We do it for the love of it.
