Scholarship Covers:
✅ Full tuition fees

The LEAP-SE (Long-Term EU–AU Research & Innovation Partnership on Sustainable Energy) program—co-funded by the European Commission under Horizon Europe—is launching its 2026 Joint Call for Proposals to support cutting-edge research and innovation in clean and sustainable energy across Africa and Europe.

💡 Funding Available: ~€13M from participating agencies + €3.5M from the EC
📅 Pre-Proposal Deadline: 5 Feb 2026
📅 Full Proposal Deadline: 24 June 2026
🕒 Projects: 12–36 months

Who Can Apply?

Consortia with:
✅ At least 2 European partners
✅ At least 2 African partners
✅ Minimum of 1 research institution + 1 commercial company
