SVMs do not emit any natural measures of feature importance; however in R, we can quantify the importance of each feature using permutations. Predicted class probabilities are returned for the reference class of interest.
The results indicate that OverTime (Yes/No) is the most important feature in predicting attrition.
The images plots permutation scores colored by features (feature effect plots on the probability scale). The one with the highest probability (OverTime) is considered in predicting attrition rate.
KPI is a quantifiable measure of performance of specific objective in an organization to help attain strategic business outcomes. It helps businesses to make refined strategic decisions by monitoring performance of key targets (ex. Sales and Profits realized) over time.
