Day 3: Closing the Future4Binti In-Country Workshop
The third and final day of the Programme In-Country Workshop in Naivasha has successfully come to an end, marking the conclusion of three days of learning, collaboration and renewed commitment to the empowerment of girls across Kenya.
The conversations were rich, the learning invaluable and the shared vision clear: to protect girls from harmful practices and ensure they remain in school, safe, empowered, and able to pursue their dreams.
For us at I_Rep Foundation, this workshop has strengthened our resolve to intensify efforts in West Pokot, where many girls continue to face risks of school dropout, early and forced marriage,Female Ge***al Mutilation (FGM/C)and harmful cultural practices. Through the Future4Binti Programme, we are optimistic that new opportunities, stronger community engagement and coordinated action will help transform the lives of many girls.
As we leave Naivasha, we carry with us renewed energy, stronger partnerships and a clear roadmap for implementation.
The real work now begins. Together, we can secure a brighter future for every binti.

Day 1: Future4Binti Programme Workshop – Naivasha
Day one of the Future4Binti Programme In-Country Workshop in Naivasha brought together implementing partners from 10 counties across Kenya to align on a shared vision of improving opportunities and outcomes for girls.
Convened by Amref Health Africa, the workshop is creating space for collaboration, learning, and strategy-building around key issues affecting girls, including school dropouts, early and forced marriages, and harmful practices such as FGM.
For I-Rep Foundation, this engagement strengthens our commitment to supporting girls in West Pokot County to stay in school, remain safe, and realize their full potential.
Day 2 of the three-day workshop continues today, as partners deepen discussions and strengthen collaboration towards building a better future for girls across Kenya.

Sister to Sister Convening 2025 | The Genesis
The Sister to Sister movement was born from a simple but powerful truth shared by Domtila Chesang, HSC : activism can be isolating, and we need community.
From that truth emerged a collective rooted in shared knowledge, grounded in what works within our communities, and deeply committed to holding one another as we navigate the realities of activism.
Sister to Sister is more than a gathering; it is a space of growth, solidarity, and collective power. A movement where we learn together, strengthen one another, and organize with intention.
This is what By Us, For Us looks like.

Yesterday, were honored to join fellow partners in celebrating International Women’s Day at Murpus, hosted by a wonderful partner doing truly impactful work, Perur Rays Of Hope.
This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” challenges us to recognize a powerful truth: every investment made to uplift women multiplies in impact, strengthening families, communities, and the future for all.
