*Advice to Men*:-

1. You cannot settle all financial expenses in one day. Those who did are stressed, sick and others are already buried.

2. Please create time to rest, sit alone quietly outside. It's not a sin to sit down, put your feet up and have some popcorn whilst reading a book, watching a film or just relaxing

3. Please sleep, or need be nap, that headache will go. Refusing to take vacation, leave, time out or rest time, means that a family can loose the man.

4. Do not take sedatives to sleep, as they destroy your brain and organs. Best to relax the mind, worry less, switch off, stress less, laugh more, smile more. Everything will pass with time.

5. Stand in front of your mirror, smile to yourself, laugh, even dance, sing, which turns on your positive aura and you'll glow

6. Buy yourself a healthy snack or two, a good nutritious meal with a healthy drink.

7. Do something positive for yourself, so that you can offload the things on your mind.

8. If you're not feeling well, say it, do something about it, go to a health centre, hospital or clinic, do not sit around, your life matters.

9. Check your blood pressure and sugar level regularly, whether you're sick or not. It has saved a lot of men's lives in the past.
