- Analyze or prepare complex construction delay/disruption/acceleration and cost claims, with responsibility for the entire assignment on smaller claims, or acting as a lead on larger claims.
- Prepare reports, present findings to clients, and assist in claim negotiations with opposing parties.
- Perform construction schedule reviews for ongoing projects and provide opinions, advice, and reports on project progress and forecasts.
- Read contract language, determine proper interpretation, and apply to facts.
- Manage assignments and deliver profitable results within the planned budget.
- Support and execute business development strategies to identify and deliver construction claims opportunities and engagements.
- Provide mentoring to junior-level staff.
Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients.
