Designs Field Agency is looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you’re passionate about design, skilled in both digital and print, and eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging social media posters, campaigns, and presentations
- Design logos, visual identities, and brand guidelines
- Work on print materials such as brochures, catalogs, and ads
- Utilize AI tools to speed up workflows and enhance creativity
- Collaborate on UI layouts (Figma experience is a plus)
- Produce simple motion graphics (text animations) for reels and social content
- Ensure all design projects meet high standards and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio in social media, branding, and presentations
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with AI design tools (MidJourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
- Basic skills in motion graphics/text animation
- Solid understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, composition)
- Good English (understanding & writing)
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Team player with creativity and attention to detail
