The idea of ​​the project started from simulating the difference in the level of the site and exploiting the difference for the benefit of the building.
Since the site is small and its area is only 500 meters and the owner's desire to have a large garden, a suitable spatial configuration was made, as the size of the second basement was reduced for important activities such as recreation. The space and the rest of the land were used as a covered open garden simultaneously open inward and separated from the inside. Thus a garden ratio of more than 85% of the land area is obtained
With the presence of this garden in this area and in line with the principles of permanence, the quantities of rain that may fall on the general site of the building were calculated, and a well of 100 cubic meters was established to harvest this water for later use in the irrigation of the garden and since this amount was not sufficient, a special technique was used To treat the pool water with ozone and copper without chemicals so that the pool water is also used when it is changed annually in the summer period. It is pumped into the rainwater tank and used to irrigate the garden, thus obtaining the full amount of water needed for the gard
