In an interactive Technical Assistance Workshop held on June 10th, 2023, SEAF Jordan Jumpstart Program focused on empowering a selected group of SMEs in the pillars of inclusion, gender equality, and investment readiness. Led by trainers Rawan Barakat, Rana El Akhal, and Jamal Abisourour, the workshop emphasized the importance of diverse and inclusive work environments, equal opportunities for all genders, and strategies to attract investors.The workshop fostered an engaging and interactive learning environment. Gratitude was extended to Global Affairs Canada for their support, while the enthusiastic participation of the 16 SMEs highlighted their commitment to growth and learning. The workshop aimed to pave the way for a future of inclusive prosperity and collaboration.

SEAF is proud to utilize its Gender Equality Scorecard to assess women's economic empowerment and gender equality within investment opportunities and portfolio companies. This powerful tool enables us to demonstrate measurable impact, including the economic empowerment of women through investment and development activities. By leveraging the Scorecard, SEAF aims to foster sustainable and inclusive economic growth while breaking down barriers for women.
This is one of the main topics to be discussed in the coming SEAF Jordan Jumpstart Program focused training and technical assistance workshops.
