We are looking for a social media community manager who will be responsible for the management of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube,Instagram, etc., providing engaging content, daily moderation of posts, devising and implementing social promotions/campaigns.
* Experience with editorial / copy writing ( English & Arabic ) is a must.
* Experience with content creation and management through blogging or social communities.
* Passion for social media and emerging technology. Curiosity for social media, mobile, and digital technologies.
* Writing & communication - must m have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Project Management/Organization - Must be able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and have excellent personal organizational skills along with high attention to detail.
* Monitor user generated comments and posts 7 days a week/ 3 x’s a day.
* Respond to comments in order to foster a positive consumer experience. Channels include but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,YouTube.
* Creativity - ability to develop creative social media content and execute new & compelling marketing
