بالتعاون مع المعهد التخصصي للرقابة والتفتيش في سوريا (الهيئة المركزية للرقابة والتفتيش)، نفذت أكاديمية HAFC, برنامج تدريب إعداد المدربين (TOT).

لقد كانت تجربة نوعية هدفت إلى تمكين المفتشين وصقل مهاراتهم القيادية والفنية، عبر دمج المعرفة النظرية بالتطبيق العملي المباشر، مما يساهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء التنفيذي لمنظومة الرقابة.

In collaboration with the Specialized Institute for Control and Inspection in Syria (Central Authority for Control and Inspection), HAFC Academy has successfully delivered the Training of Trainers (TOT) program.

This initiative aimed to empower inspectors by refining their skills through a strategic blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, directly enhancing the executive performance of the control and inspection system.
