What an incredible day in Cambridge, St. James! 💙🌱 From health checks and care packages to prayer, counselling, a reading corner, and fun-filled activities for all ages, Operation GRACE brought together farmers and their families for a day of hope, support, and connection.
We are grateful to every volunteer, partner, healthcare professional, donor, and community member who made this initiative possible. 🙌🏽💛
