Scripture: 1 thessalonians 1v2

Word: Who here hasn't at one time or another simply prayed to God asking Him for something? Even if these may be good and righteous things we ask for, we shouldn't forget thanking Him for what has already been provided. God is not our personal dispensary, which explains oftentimes why some might feel frustrations at not having their prayers answered. Rather, trust in Him, for God gives us what He deems is necessary for His children, and for this, we should continually show our appreciation.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I trust in You to know what is necessary, and so ask thus not for much else but forgiveness. In Your name, pray I may surrender my will in gratitude, in knowing that day and night I may please You with thanksgiving for Your gifts of grace and mercy. For You are my shepherd, my guide, and giver of life. Amen.

When we are walking in God's path, God will always confirm His word to the people in our lives who need to know. After God had given Mary instructions, and she'd become pregnant via the Holy Spirit, He sent an angel to assure Joseph of His plans. This stopped Joseph from divorcing Mary. Don't be worried, when you follow the instructions of God in your life. He will take care of everything else.

Scripture: Matthew 1v20

Prayer: Dear God, I thank you that when it comes to following your way, I have nothing to worry about because you have taken care of anything. I know that your word will be confirmed, no matter who may or may not believe it in my life. Because of this, I choose to move forward in the path you have set out for me. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Welcome one another with open arms. We are one, and we have been asked to have one mind as believers (1 Peter 3:8, Philippians 2: 1-2). We are all blessed to have a relationship with Jesus and God, so let us treat each other with that in mind.
Scripture: Romans 15v7

Prayer: Lord in heaven, hallowed be thy name. With your relationship with Jesus as the goal to which I strive, I ask that You hear my prayer. I long for You, O God, to be closer to You every moment that I am alive. Forgive me for my doubts or even for losing my faith altogether at times. I am weak but You are strong, and through You I can gain my strength. Thank you for sustaining me, and give me the patience and virtue to welcome all others that seek You out. Amen.

Word:
There is power in corporate praise and worship. When we come together as Christians to praise God together, we strengthen one another and we help one another to endure and push through the different challenges that we face. Don't shy away from your fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. Take time to meet together, pray together, and praise God.

Prayer:
Dear God, I am grateful for my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. I thank you, Lord, that whenever we gather, we get to experience your presence in such an awesome way. Father, I pray that the bond within the body of Christ will return to that place of love for one another [ unity is strength]. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
