COY: Blue Seas Gift Shop
Blue Seas is seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Sales Clerk to join our team at Champion Plaza, Falmouth. As the face of our shop, you will ensure every guest has a memorable shopping experience. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and possesses a "service with a smile" attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Experience & Floor Operations
* Warmly greet customers and tourists upon arrival and provide assistance with gift selections.
* Maintain a deep knowledge of shop merchandise to answer questions and make recommendations.
* Ensure the shop floor remains tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
* Assist with unboxing, pricing, and displaying new inventory.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
* Social Media & Promotions
* Capture photos of new arrivals or unique gift items for social media updates.
* Assist in promoting seasonal sales and special shop events to local shoppers and visitors.
* Monitor and respond to basic customer inquiries via shop messaging platforms.
* Inventory Tracking & Shop Support
* Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
* Assist in performing regular stock counts and maintaining organized storage areas.
