BACKGROUND

Established in 1990, the JN Foundation was mandated to carry out the Corporate Social Responsibility of the Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS), and by extension, the JN Group of companies. Built on the concept of mutuality, JNBS gives back to the Jamaican people and communities across the island, by providing financial and technical support to empower projects and programmes both

Supporting communities in times of need is at the heart of what we do. 💙

JN Foundation in partnership with Lutheran World Relief donated 545 humanitarian kits to the Ministry of Local Government and Community Development's Poor Relief Department, representing the largest allocation from a shipment of 1,450 kits received.

Valued at USD $415,150, the donation included quilts, personal care kits, school kits, and baby care kits. This donation provides 13,705 essential items to support individuals and families in the parishes most severely impacted by Hurricane Melissa.

Together with our partners, we remain committed to helping communities recover, rebuild, and move forward with dignity.

Recovery takes more than rebuilding. It takes people coming together.

Following Hurricane Melissa, the JN Foundation through I Support Jamaica joined forces to bring relief, restore hope and help affected communities begin the journey forward. From providing essential supplies to supporting families as they rebuild, every effort reflects the power of partnership and community.

Together, we are helping Jamaica recover, one family, one community and one act of support at a time. 💛🇯🇲

The National Helmet Wearing Coalition joined the Bikers Blood Drive hosted by the Jamaica Motorcyclists Association last Saturday, sharing helmet safety education with participants and promoting the importance of certified helmets.

We remain committed to integrating, advocating, collaborating, and driving transformation in road safety.
