The Career Advancement Programme (CAP) is an educational opportunity offered through the Jamaican Foundation for Lifelong Learning (JFLL) by the Ministry of Education (MoE). The programme provides youth (16-18yrs) with access to free education and training that will help them to get a career. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME:
1. To acquire grade 9 level education
2. To gain a passing mark in HEART/NTA

What is the Career Advancement Programme (CAP) and its Objectives?
The CAP is offered by the Jamaican Foundation For Lifelong Learning, an agency of the Ministry of Education. The programme seeks to assist persons between the ages of 16-18 years to become numerate and literate and obtain the knowledge and skills necessary for employment and assist persons in the completion of secondary school education.
