A fantastic effort from our Cayman team 🧁💙
The team recently came together for a bake sale in support of their chosen charity for the year, LIFE Cayman raising more than USD 400 for a summer volunteering initiative at NCVO Children Services Programmes Miss Nadine’s Preschool 📚✨
The funds will help support planned improvements, including new bookshelves, light repairs and repainting. As a registered non-profit organisation offering some of the lowest childcare fees in Cayman, Miss Nadine’s Preschool provides an important service to the community, making this an especially meaningful cause to support.
A brilliant team effort for a community initiative, thank you to everyone who baked, donated and contributed 👏💫

🏃♀️ Another great example of our Active programme in action!
Our Boston team proudly joined thousands of runners at the 'Run to Remember 5 Miler', coming together to honor the brave soldiers and first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The team participated as part of our Active programme, which encourages our people to get moving. They also supported the event's official charity, Massachusetts Fallen Heroes.
The Boston crew are proud to have celebrated their service and contributed to such an inspiring event and are already planning their return - setting their sights high on the half marathon! 🏃♀️🏃♂️💙
Carers Week shines a light on the vital role played by those balancing work with caring responsibilities. To mark the week, our Care Together colleague community hosted an open discussion focused on awareness, support and practical advice.
Our Care Together colleague community invited speakers Nicola Holmes (Group Director - JTC) and Jonathan Lunsford (CEO - Shield Practice Maintenance) to discuss their experience navigating care responsibilities and provide practical advice which colleagues can take into their own lives.
Led by Project Director Jessica Reyneke, Care Together is one of JTC’s six inclusion-focused employee resource groups. It aims to create spaces where people feel seen and supported, while offering useful resources and encouraging important conversations across the business.
