I’m Evelyn Day, a chocolatier based in Jersey, Channel Islands.

I’m obsessed with chocolate and creating beautiful handmade chocolates for my customers and clients.

Spend a relaxed afternoon tempering chocolate, creating your own handmade chocolates, tasting lots of delicious chocolate along the way, and learning the craft behind artisan bonbons.
