PDF or .csv the eternal question (Honest .... but we don't get out much)

So if you find that you are

- years behind with your numbers (Yes, we know that time flies by)

- with no bookkeeping at all (Yes, Xero and QBO can seem like a foreign Language)

- you have online bank access but can only download PDF files (Yes, HSBC we are talking about some of your accounts)

and you wonder why your saviour accountant (well we would say that) goes pale when you let the cat out the bag that you can only send PDF's (or a bag of water damaged paper work that you 'filed' in the garage),

or you go pale when they let you know how long it's going to take to manually extract all the transactions .......
............. here's a money saver link ..........................

https://www.zamzar.com/convert/pdf-to-csv/

*disclaimer - doesn't help with water damaged paperwork and other pdf converters are available

Even better just use a bank that lets you download transactions as a .csv for long long periods (sorry Llyods and your 3 month at a time) like say Revolut who can open an account in Days rather than weeks
.. and if you want to really save some money Revolut links to the dreaded Xero and QBO
