This ceremony is held as a sacred container, a space to soften, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the life force energy. The session invites presence and surrender, allowing the body’s innate intelligence to guide the process.

The Sound Bath will take place on Saturday 8th November 2025 at 6:30 pm, at Trinity Parish Hall, La Rue du Presbytère, Trinity, Jersey JE3 5JB.

In this Sound Bath Meditation session I will use the sound of the instruments and my voice to clear, balance, and harmonize your energy field. The sound will take you into a meditative and relaxed state, and its vibration will open up the space for clarity, insight, and focused energy towards your goals.

Please arrive few minutes before the start of the event as we will start at the exact scheduled time.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat or two for extra padding, as you will be lying on the floor for about 60 min, cushion, blanket and some water.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Sound Bath will receive full refund. Late cancellations or failure to attend will not be eligible for refund.
