I currently run an outside fitness class at 8-9am on Saturday on the playing field in Grendon. This is open to all whatever your level of fitness. I can offer one to one training at your home, my home, outside, inside - just about anywhere! If you would like to join up with a few friends, I am equally happy to train you at a mutually convenient time.
