As you may have seen I'm running a July offer, I also understand booking a block session with someone who you don't know and haven't trained with can be daunting.

So I'm going to start offering free taster sessions of just 30 mins instead of the paid sessions which are an hour, this is to get to meet me have a taste of how sessions look like with me, before committing to book a block.

So I'll try and post weekly slots to do tasters but always message if you have any questions.
