With some hot temperatures due to arrive again. Here is a little tip to help feel cooler. Get a large clear quartz or rose quartz tumble stone. Place in fridge for 15 minutes at least. Then place on pulse points on wrist or neck. Hold for a few minutes and repeat as often as you need.This helps cool the blood. Avoid this method if you have any blood pressure issues or heart problems.
