New Pilates Intro Course.

A short course focussing on all the Pilates fundamental movements. Taking it slow and working on correct technique, alignment and building core strength.

When: Starting Monday 19th January and running for 4 weeks. 19:45 - 20:40

Who is this for? Anyone new to Pilates, or returning post injury or simply for those wondering if they are doing their Pilates practice correctly.

Important information for Friday Customers

Due to the level of debris and blocked roads I have made the decision to cancel this mornings classes.

I will run these classes tomorrow Saturday 10th January at the same times, instead of today. If you are unable to to make tomorrow as an alternative class then you are welcome to book in to any other class over the remaining 5 week course. Please give me a shout if you would like any help doing this.
