β8 week Client Transformationβ
This is my client and good friend
Who wanted to gain some muscle and keep low percent body fat.
For 8 weeks we managed not only to gain 3kg of muscle and be slightly leaner. We also worked on his rounded shoulders issue. With specific exercises his postire has improved a lot!

Current physique update!
For the whole summer this is the shape I have been maintaining lean ish standing at 92kg which is light for my hight.
Training only 3-4 times a week but still with 5 meals a day
Focusing spending more time with loved ones and friends and focusing less on bodybuilding because bodybuilding is a very selfish sport and requires a lot of time of your day.
This physique is a starting point of my 8-10 months off season and the future plans to compete next year September October.
Still self coaching but soon I will continue with a coach for maximum improvements
So it's time to WORK now!
