Set within a protected natural reserve in Umbria, this programme invites guests into stillness, rejuvenation, meditative attention and deep rest surrounded by forest and silence.

Through meditation, gentle movement, breathwork and soothing treatments, the retreat creates space for clarity, presence and emotional restoration.

Rooted in bodywork and contemplative traditions from India and the East, the programme enables introspection through simplicity, guidance and thoughtful care.
