🌍 Lo scorso 25 settembre a Roma si è tenuta la conferenza conclusiva del progetto SkillNet, un’iniziativa congiunta di ANOLF Piemonte, Iscos Cisl - Istituto Sindacale per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo e Cisl Piemonte , co-finanziata dall’Unione Europea attraverso MPF - International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) .

Il progetto ha lavorato per rafforzare la migrazione circolare, legale e qualificata tra Italia 🇮🇹 e Pakistan 🇵🇰 , esplorando percorsi per allineare i sistemi di formazione professionale, validare le competenze acquisite all’estero e costruire un concreto Migrant Talent Pipeline.

L’evento ha riunito istituzioni italiane e pakistane, enti di formazione, sindacati e associazioni datoriali per:
✅ Condividere i principali risultati raggiunti
✅ Discutere le prospettive di cooperazione futura
✅ Proporre misure concrete per rafforzare i canali di migrazione legale e l’integrazione socio-economica

[ENG] 🌍 Last September 25th in Rome we held the final conference of the SkillNet project, a joint initiative by ANOLF Piemonte, ISCOS, and CISL Piemonte, co-funded by the European Union through MPF–ICMPD.

The project has worked to strengthen circular, legal, and skilled migration between Italy 🇮🇹 and Pakistan 🇵🇰, exploring pathways to align vocational training systems, validate skills acquired abroad, and build a concrete Migrant Talent Pipeline.

The event brought together Italian and Pakistani institutions, training providers, unions, and business associations to:
✅ Share the main results achieved so far
✅ Discuss future cooperation opportunities
✅ Propose concrete measures to foster legal migration channels and socio-economic integration

Dopo il report nazionale, il progetto SkillNet presenta un nuovo approfondimento dedicato alla Regione Piemonte: "Fabbisogni professionali, formazione e sistemi di classificazione delle competenze: un’analisi tra Piemonte e Pakistan"

Un contributo utile per rafforzare il dialogo tra sistemi formativi e costruire percorsi condivisi di migrazione qualificata.
