EDC LAS VEGAS WILL TAKE PLACE IN MAY

Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas will take place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in May, according to Insomniac Events promoter Pasquale Rotella

In the last update posted late Thursday (April 8), Rotella told fans to "book their flights, hotels and shuttles" for the originally scheduled dates of May 21-23.

💬 "We are moving forward as planned & will be working closely with local & state officials to make the show as safe as possible [...] You can expect the full EDC experience with no details spared, from the festival grounds to the music, stages, art, performers, artists & fireworks!"

Details on safety protocols and the full lineup haven't been announced yet but will be soon available.
Those unable to attend this year's EDC will be able to transfer their ticket for the 2022 show.

RÜFÜS DU SOL 10TH RADIO EPISODE

It has been nearly a year since the launch of RÜFÜS DU SOL 's Rose Ave Radio series,
The musical trio have now delivered a special 10th-anniversary episode that features a guest mix from Monolink

The episode dives through unreleased tracks from some newer names in dance music, but stays true to RÜFÜS’ downtempo and progressive sounds.

Meanwhile, fans patiently wait for the impending fourth full-length LP, named one of Dancing Astronaut‘s most-anticipated albums of 2021.

ERIC PRYDZ MOVES HOLO SHOWS TO 2022

Due to logistical circumstances, Eric Prydz have decided to move both Tomorrowland and Creamfields Holosphere shows to 2022.
The reason is that the two events are scheduled to take place on the same dates.

Creamfields released the following statement:
💬 "We appreciate some fans will be disappointed, as we are, but rest assured we will deliver an equally special live performance with Eric to blow your minds!"

BURNING MAN CHANGES THEME

The previously announced theme ‘Terra Incógnita‘ is a Latin term which translates to "Unknown Land".
The term was commonly used during the 15th century to describe regions that hadn't been mapped or documented, but European colonizers also used it for conquest even in cases where lands were inhabited.

💬 "When we learned that the phrase has a colonial history, and it reflected back some of our own implicit biases and default perspectives, we retitled it" said Burning Man Project 's organisers

The festival has been renamed to ‘The Great Unknown‘, that is so far the only confirmed information about it.

REDROCKS APPROVED TO REOPEN WITH REDUCED CAPACITY

Announcing the news via Twitter, the Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre team confirmed that the venue had recieved the approval to reopen with a crowd capacity of 2,500.

Though it has not yet specified the date that the location will formally reopen, venue personnel confirmed that they would be “welcoming back” attendees for “a fantastic 80th anniversary summer,” with further announcements “soon” to come.
The first event in Red Rocks’ 2021 calendar is currently scheduled for April 23.

1788-L SIGNALS RETURN

🔹Back in November 2020, 1788-L began teasing new releases, thanking fans for their patience over the past year and promising that the wait would be over soon
🔹On March 15, he shared a video of the website loading page with the caption “INSTALL / NOW ?”

🔸... And now he has finally posted the link to the new website that prompts fans to decode a message to find out what the producer has in store.
