Possiede una testa dura e quanto mai folta, e una lingua che raramente sta quieta.
Non cammina: zompetta. Diventare madre le ha tolto il sonno per sempre e i gin tonic hanno smesso di darle l’illusione dell’eternità. Ma il suo cuore non è mai stato così grande. Donna di relazioni e gestione.
Cofondatrice di Trakatan insieme ad Andrea: si muove tra decisioni, persone e cura
con determinazione silenziosa. Dà struttura alle idee e continuità alla visione insieme ad Andrea. Lui immagina. Lei organizza. Come il Bianconiglio mai in anticipo, spesso di corsa, sempre presente. Sogna di nascondersi in una borsa gigante e ritrovarsi dall’altra parte del mondo.
Nel 2021 torna studentessa al Master in Management della Sostenibilità a Ca’ Foscari.
Un modo per approfondire un tema già caro a Trakatan e ricordare che il rinnovamento parte sempre da noi stessi.
Perché qui nulla resta fermo.
Non le persone.
Non le idee.
Non il nostro modo di lavorare.

Headstrong, with a great mane of hair and the gift of the gab. Her walk is more of a hop and a skip. Motherhood has left her permanently sleep-deprived, and her favourite gin&tonic no longer gives her the illusion of everlasting life. But her heart has never felt bigger. A natural relationship builder and manager.

Co-founder of Trakatan alongside Andrea, she moves between decisions, people and care with quiet determination. She gives structure to ideas and continuity to the vision together with Andrea.
He imagines. She organizes.

Like the White Rabbit: never early, often running, always present. Her dream is to hide away inside a giant bag and find herself on the other side of the world.

In 2021 She completed a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice — a subject deeply connected to Trakatan’s values and to the way we think about responsibility and the future.

Her path reflects a clear belief: growth is not something you finish, it’s something you practice.

Because here, nothing stands still.
Not people.
Not ideas.
Not the way we work.
