Last week we took a break from our busy schedules to enjoy a delicious lunch together as a team. It was wonderful to see everyone sitting around the table, chatting, laughing, and exchanging stories.
We returned to work feeling re-energized and with a renewed team spirit. We believe that investing in our team's well-being and happiness is a win-win situation for everyone, as it translates into better productivity, higher morale, and more positive outcomes.

That's why we recently organized a team event to watch the Mutua Open Madrid! 🎾👀

🏟️ Our employees from the Madrid office had a blast watching some of the world's best tennis players compete, and enjoyed the opportunity to spend time together outside of work. We believe that pursuing hobbies with colleagues is a great way to build relationships and foster a sense of community both inside and outside of the workplace.

In these days BPI is participating to the world’s leading cross-functional Pharma event. Uwe Niehaus, our Managing Director, and Miriam Moreno-Manzanaro (PharmD, Pharm Medicine Masters), Pharma Expert collaborating with BPI, are at the Barcelona Convention Center to connect with Pharmaceuticals global professionals discussing key trends of the industry. Topics will cover innovation driving strategy 📲, up-skilling of field forces, 📈 and the incorporation of sustainability 🍃 actioned RWE to be incorporated into every discussion.
