Per celebrare il giorno più luminoso dell’anno abbiamo scelto un merluzzo cotto lentamente in olio aromatizzato, morbido e delicato, accompagnato da un gazpacho alla vodka fresco, vivace e ricco di profumi estivi. 🍅✨

To celebrate the longest day of the year, we chose cod gently poached in aromatic oil, tender and delicate, paired with a vodka gazpacho that is fresh, vibrant, and full of summer flavours. 🍅✨
