Patricia Medros is proud to announce that ONE PILATES ROME is expanding its borders to open the doors of its new satellite school in Spain, ONE PILATES BILBAO.
With the help of my partners, José Manuel Rodriguez and Oscar Cardo Fernandez, One Pilates Rome will now offer the opportunity to study the same Comprehensive Teacher Training Program available in Rome, as well as specialized workshops, in a new location: the bustling, exciting and world-renowned city of Bilbao!
As a prerequisite to enrollment in the full teacher-training program, all students must attend and complete the first course, Foundations Mat, where the foundations of One Pilates Rome and of all Pilates exercises are established.
This entry course will now be offered at One Pilates Bilbao under the tutelage and instruction of José Manuel Rodriguez and Oscar Cardo Fernandez! For organized groups, José and Oscar are happy to travel to any point in Spain, thus making the Medros Method accessible to everyone.
