Progetto Rwanda è una onlus laica impegnata dal 1996 a favore dell’infanzia, dei diritti delle donne e nella costruzione di una cultura di pace e armonia sociale.Le attività dell’Associazione si sono concentrate inizialmente sul sostegno a distanza degli orfani, un modo diretto per offrire un aiuto economico e affettivo a migliaia di bambini traumatizzati dal genocidio e dalla guerra che nel 1994

yet return home to a place where their rights are unknowingly broken, not by cruelty, but by lack of knowledge.
At Progetto Rwanda, we believe a child’s future is shaped not only in the classroom, but in the home.
That is why we walk alongside mothers.
For three months, sixty women, mothers of children studying at Amahoro Nursery School on scholarship began a journey of healing, learning, and renewal.
Through counseling, peace,education and entrepreneurship.
As families grow stronger, children feel safe , free to learn, to dream, and to become.
When a woman rises, a family rises with her.
And when families rise, the future of a nation shines brighter.
This is how change begins, one mother, one child, one home at a time.
