Emotions drive the majority of human decisions, yet their objective measurement remains a critical gap for organisations.
To address this challenge, we have developed and tested an index based on heart rate (HR) and galvanic skin response (GSR), providing a reliable and scalable method to quantify emotional states. The index has been validated in a recent scientific study using positive/neutral/negative video stimuli.
