In a 🌰shell, you participate by using less single-use plastic.

You might be thinking 🤔 that's impossible because it's everywhere, and that is true. But do not feel defeated. It's actually easier than you think💪!

Using less single-use use plastic can look like:

-eat more plant based meals a week (reduce your meat and fish intake from 7 days a week to 4-5 days)
-buy unpackaged produce
-use reusable produce bags or cotton bags
- invest in clothes made from natural fibres like organic cotton, linen, h**p, silk (& take care of them)
- go thrifting
-buy cloth diapers instead of pampers
- buy in bulk at your local Zero Waste Stores/ Bulk Barn/refill shops
-shop at your local farmer's markets
- choose soap bars over body wash
-shampoo bars/refill shops
-reusable food containers & water bottles (yup even plastic is fine)
- beeswax food wraps 😏
