🌙 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨 by Gemma Bertagnolli and Alessandro Stella is OUT today ✨

The duo’s first EP on Extended Place reflects a long-standing collaboration across a wide range of repertoire, now captured in a live recording from Trame Sonore Festival in Mantua 🎧

The programme explores Mozart’s vocal world through a sequence of songs that often unfold like miniature operas: condensed dramatic scenes where voice and fortepiano shape character, gesture, and narrative in just a few minutes.

Featuring a beautiful replica by McNulty Fortepianos after an 1804 Anton Walter instrument, this recording also marks Alessandro Stella’s first release on a historical keyboard.

Co-produced by Extended Place and OCM, 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨 is released today, on the opening day of the new edition of Trame Sonore Festival, capturing the immediacy of a festival performance while offering a vivid portrait of Mozart’s theatre of the voice.

𝙀𝙧𝙣𝙨𝙩 𝙆𝙧̌𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙠’𝙨 𝙃𝙖𝙧𝙥 𝙎𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙖 performed by Valerio Lisci is OUT today ✨

The first Single from 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩𝙮𝙘𝙝 (𝙄𝙣𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙨), Valerio Lisci’s debut album on Extended Place, presents a major work from the twentieth-century repertoire for solo harp.

Recorded in 2019 at Utopia Hall, Haute École de Musique de Lausanne, this is the first official release of the recording.

Composed in 1955, Křenek’s Sonata reveals an essential, modern, and intensely expressive side of the instrument, far removed from any purely decorative image of the harp.

With this first Single, 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩𝙮𝙘𝙝 (𝙄𝙣𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙨) introduces a journey through some of the defining legacies of twentieth-century music.
