ELIO+1, The Italy Chapter returns for its second stop: Sicily.

On June 17, Elio kitchen welcomes , the Sicilian duo of private chefs Giuliana Pucci and Salvuccio “Buccio” Cappello.
After years spent in London between fashion, wine and Michelin-starred kitchens, they returned to Sicily with a simple idea: bringing people back around the table. Their cooking is rooted in family recipes, long lunches, stories collected from Sicilian grandmothers and ingredients that speak of the island without filters.

For one night only, Sicily lands in Rome.
