Through the Erasmus+ Project PATH, we're addressing the pressing need for effective career guidance tools!

But here's the challenge: many young people, at the pivotal age of making career decisions, lack a clear understanding of their interests and personality traits. Meanwhile, career counselors often struggle to combine available tools to provide effective feedback.

That's where PATH comes in! 🚀

By leveraging innovative tools and personalized support, PATH helps students understand their strengths, weaknesses, and interests, paving the way for better career choices. Whether delivered face-to-face, at a distance, or in a blended setting, PATH is here to empower individuals every step of the way.

By equipping young people, and career counselors, with the tools they need to succeed, PATH plays a crucial role in addressing the challenge of NEETs.
Our goal? To support EU strategies in lowering the number of young people not engaged in learning or work processes.💼✨

The social challenge we're tackling with PATH is the issue of 𝑠𝑐ℎ𝑜𝑜𝑙 𝑑𝑟𝑜𝑝𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑙𝑎𝑐𝑘 𝑜𝑓 𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑒𝑟 𝑔𝑢𝑖𝑑𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒. We understand that this is not just about individuals but also reflects systemic gaps in education systems across Europe, particularly in the face of widespread youth unemployment.

PATH aims at stepping up to bridge these gaps by addressing the critical need for a comprehensive career "diagnosis" tool. 🎯But also to empower individuals in defining their capacities, attitudes, and professional interests with clarity and confidence.

We are targeting young people, students, and adults (up to 26 years old) to help them navigate their career paths. How? Through our 𝑖𝑛𝑛𝑜𝑣𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑎𝑐ℎ 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑛𝑣𝑜𝑙𝑣𝑒𝑠 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑛 8-𝑑𝑖𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑑𝑖𝑎𝑔𝑛𝑜𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑐 𝑡𝑜𝑜𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑚𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑒𝑟 𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑐𝑒𝑠𝑠. Last Thursday we held our second meeting 🤝 in Trikala 🇬🇷 hosted by our partner DIAS VET - Educational Organization & EU Projects.

After the launch of the project implementation in June, we developed the first project result focusing on the various professional profiles 🧑‍⚕️👷‍♂️👮‍♀️👨‍🏭👨‍🏫 that are recognized by each partner country and that will be the basement for our innovative tool 💡

Each partner has also explained milestones and time schedule for the Results of which is responsible 📈

Finally, we gather some time for fun and team-building 🫂
