🐟 Black Gold ของโลกอาหาร "ไข่ปลาคาเวียร์"

✨ ชาวติดหรูสงสัยกันไหม ว่าทำไม "ไข่ปลาคาเวียร์" เม็ดจิ๋วๆ ถึงมีราคาแสนจะแพง ความจริงแล้วคำว่าคาเวียร์นั้นสงวนไว้ใช้เรียกเฉพาะไข่ที่ได้จาก "ปลาสเตอร์เจียน" เท่านั้น ซึ่งเป็นปลาโบราณที่มีมาตั้งแต่ยุคไดโนเสาร์กันเลยทีเดียว และความแพงของมันมาจากการใช้เวลา เพราะกว่าปลาตัวเมียหนึ่งตัวจะเติบโตจนผลิตไข่ได้ ต้องใช้เวลาเลี้ยงดูอย่างทะนุถนอมนานตั้งแต่ 7 ปี ไปจนถึง 20 ปีในบางสายพันธุ์ ซึ่งทำให้ผู้เลี้ยงต้องแบกรับต้นทุนค่าอาหารและความเสี่ยงที่ปลาอาจตายก่อนให้ผลผลิตตลอดระยะเวลานั้น

นอกจากนี้ ความยากยังอยู่ที่ความเปราะบางของผลผลิต เพราะไข่ปลาคุณภาพเยี่ยมส่วนใหญ่จะนิยมทำเป็นเกรด "Malossol" คือการใช้เกลือน้อยที่สุด (ต่ำกว่า 5%) เพื่อดึงรสชาติธรรมชาติออกมา ซึ่งแลกมาด้วยอายุการเก็บรักษาที่สั้นมาก และต้องเก็บในอุณหภูมิที่เย็นจัดประมาณ -2 ถึง 2 องศาเซลเซียสตลอดเวลา อีกทั้งการขนส่งจากฟาร์มข้ามซีกโลกมาถึงโต๊ะอาหารของชาวลักชู จึงต้องใช้วิธี Air Freight และระบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิที่แม่นยำสุดๆ หากผิดพลาดเพียงนิดเดียว เจ้า Black Gold นี้อาจเสียหายได้ทันที ปัจจัยเรื่องความยากในการดูแลและการจัดขนส่งนี้ทำให้มันเป็นอาหารที่มีราคาให้สูงลิ่ว

ส่วนใหญ่แล้วการลิ้มรสคาเวียร์ที่ดีที่สุดคือกินสดๆ หรือวางบนอาหารรสอ่อน เพื่อให้ได้สัมผัสที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ และเมื่อใช้ลิ้นดุนเบาๆ เม็ดไข่จะแตกออกมอบความหอมมันอบอวล ตัดกับความเค็มอ่อนๆ ของกลิ่นอายทะเล และข้อห้ามสำคัญคือไม่ควรใช้ช้อนโลหะตัก เพราะจะทำให้เกิดปฏิกิริยาเคมีจนรสชาติเพี้ยน ต้องใช้ช้อนเปลือกหอยมุกหรือวัสดุธรรมชาติเท่านั้นเพื่อคงรสสัมผัสพรีเมียมไว้ให้สมบูรณ์ที่สุดอีกด้วย

Farms require minimum orders of 50 kg for original tins.
Through Caviareat, clients can order any size (10 – 20 – 30 – 50 – 100 – 250 – 500 g).
For re-packed caviar, the minimum production batch is 100 kg — but customers can purchase starting from only 10 kg, shipped directly from China at the best price/quality ratio.

In simple terms: high-quality caviar, accessible without the usual industry restrictions.

CITES, Logistics and Customs Support

All shipments are delivered with the required CITES certificates.

For companies that do not have import CITES authorization in their own country, we provide a complete solution:

Europe: we import and clear customs through our Italian company and then ship freely within the EU without the need for CITES.
USA & Caribbean: we import through our American subsidiary and ship nationwide, including the Caribbean islands.
