Il riconoscimento non è una questione di applausi, ma di essere visti, ascoltati e accolti come parte di un mondo condiviso.
Nella pedagogia sociale danese lo chiamano anerkendende pædagogik, la pedagogia del riconoscimento.

Oggi, mentre ricevo il riconoscimento come Ambasciatrice della Bellezza nella Didattica, non celebro me stessa: ringrazio chi mi ha vista.
Chi ha reso visibile il mio lavoro e continua, insieme a me, a rendere visibile la bellezza nell’apprendimento.

Grazie a Eleonora Perrotti, e per la menzione e per il grande lavoro che fate.
E grazie a colleghi, coautori, revisori, studenti e amici che ogni giorno mi spingono ai limiti del pensiero e delle capacità.

Possibility thinking is the spark that ignites creativity, discovery, and growth. As the late Anna Craft so beautifully framed it, possibility thinking shifts our focus from asking what something is to exploring what it might be, might do, or might become. It starts with the simple but transformative question: What if...?

It opens doors to alternative perspectives and new solutions to complex problems, making the process not only valuable but enjoyable.

And it allows us to reframe challenges as opportunities.

But possibility thinking isn’t just about generating ideas. It’s also about reflexivity—asking What if to challenge our assumptions, pause for deeper thought, and explore paths we might have otherwise overlooked.
So today, let’s embrace possibility thinking. Let’s ask the What if questions that inspire change and pave the way for something new, something transformative, something that hasn't been there before.

What if…?

Napoli mi sorprende sempre. Ogni angolo svela qualcosa di inaspettato e, l’ultima volta, è stata la metropolitana, una passeggiata d’arte che trasforma il quotidiano in un’esperienza straordinaria. In quei tunnel, sospesi tra il reale e l’immaginario, ho pensato al vuoto, al silenzio che spesso evitiamo.

Forse il vuoto non è da temere, né da riempire, ma da ascoltare.

È uno spazio in cui il tempo sembra rallentare permettendoci di riscoprire parti di noi che la fretta quotidiana soffoca.

È una pausa, non una mancanza. Un’opportunità per creare, riflettere, diventare.

E così, a Napoli, perfino il silenzio di una stazione può aiutarci a sentire più vicini a chi siamo.

Per chi non ha paura dell’incertezza,
c’è un fascino quieto nel sedersi su un vulcano.
Fiori intorno, colori vivi su terra che respira,
come se il Vesuvio si tenesse in equilibrio
tra frescura e braci, tra calma e tempesta.

L’aria è dolce e i fiori sbocciano,
ma si sa, è il battito della terra a tenere il ritmo.
Non è pace, né conflitto– solo attesa,
una bellezza inquieta che solo chi vive qui sa cogliere.

E chissà, forse anche noi,
radicati nella promessa di un fuoco eterno, riusciamo a fiorire

For those unafraid of uncertainty,
