Fitness on Demand is now available at Support Site Fitness Center. Join the new virtual fitness classes.
• The system is available 24/7, during unmanned hours and when there are no scheduled MWR fitness classes or reservations
• A private Fitness on Demand PT session or group opportunity can be reserved by visiting the front desk at Support Site
• Come visit the Support Site Fitness Center for a tutorial and to take a class!
