1 hour 30 on the Hyrox Mixed Doubles in October already felt like an achievement. Then we decided we would actually train more specifically for this next Hyrox and see what would happen. Big thanks to .program and for the preparation - the results of all the training in the last few months really showed yesterday!

We’re super stoked with our time of 1 hour 19 minutes and are already making plans for shaving some more time off for the next race 💪🏼🔥
